Wing Chun Gung Fu
Wing Chun Gung Fu is a no frills technical street fighting system developed in the Sholin Temple. After the temples destruction the system was further developed by a Nun named Ng Mui. Ng Mui trained another women she named Yim Wing Chun and passed the art to her. Si Tai Gung Yip Man brought the art to Hong Kong and taught many great fighters, one of his most famous being Bruce Lee.

Jun Fan Gung Fu was one of the developing stages of Si Jo Bruce Lee's personal expression of combat. Jun Fan Gung Fu is a system of combat and is the foundation (what some people call "Original J.K.D.") of what later become known as Jeet Kune Do.

Jeet Kune Do (Intercepting Fist Way) is not only Si Jo Bruce Lee's personal expression of combat and life, but a series of concepts to help each person develop to his highest potential. J.K.D. was a style for a short time but Si Jo Lee felt that by making it a style it would become systemized, stagnate, and dead. Researched and developed by the late Si Jo Bruce Lee and Sifu Dan Inosanto it utilized the concepts, training methods, and fighting principles of some 26 different styles and systems of martial arts from around the world. It is an extremely effective fighting way utilizing flowing through each range of combat.
Kali
Kali is the ancient art of the Philippines. Kali is a warrior art that has been time tested and proved over countless years of combat. The Kali that is taught and researched at the academy are the 25 styles and systems that Guro Inosanto has mastered and passed on to us. Kali is a complete system utilizing 12 main categorizes and each range of combat.
Lameco Eskrima
Lameco Eskrima is a Filipino System developed by Punong Guro Edgar Salite. Lameco is a compilation of several different Kali, Eskrima, and Amis styles that the Grandmaster learned in the Philippines. It is an extremely effective combat style utilizing long, medium, and short-range techniques.
Silat
The Silat Systems (Silat Bersilat, Pentjak Silat, Pukulan Penjak Silat, etc.) are the martial systems from the Indonesian archipelago. They are very diverse, allusive, and destructive. They utilize multi-level fighting strategies that are devastating to the opponent. The Silat that is researched and taught at the academy arc from the Systems of Kali, Kuntaw, Bersilat, Mande Munda, and Bukti Negara Pentjak Silat.
Kickboxing
The kickboxing taught consists of the J.K.D. Concepts utilizing the arts of Jun Fan Kickboxing, Boxe Francaise Savate (French Kickboxing), Mauy Thai (Thai Kickboxing), and Shoot Wrestling. It is presented this way to give the student an understanding of the different strategies, ranges, training methods and degree of power used by these different systems to prepare one for a real encounter on the street.
Absolute Spontaneous Directness
A.S.D. is a compilation of modified Wing Chun Gung Fu and several other methods of combat researched by Sifu Wetoskey and Sifu E.A. Carr. It is a streamlined fighting method, and is used to strengthen the students fundamentals and help them build a strong base for further growth.
